RESERVATIONS: All reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance will be run automatically via credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date. If you book within 30 days of your check-in date, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Weekend reservations may not end on a Saturday.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 10 days prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee, or a raincheck for the full amount. Cancellations within 10 days of your check-in date are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS DUE TO DISCOMFORTS OF NATURE, ILLNESS, HOSPITAL EMERGENCIES, WORK SCHEDULES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES. The Fun Continues rain or shine!
RENTAL UNITS: For all cabins, you will need Linens for beds, Kitchen Utensils, Cookware, Supplies, & Personal Care Items. Pets are not permitted in the Dream Lodge, Hodge Podge Lodge, or the Presidential.
PARTY SIZE: Our rates are based on a group size of 4 people. Kids 3 and under are free. For each additional guest over 4 people, there is a $10 per person, per night charge.
PETS: There is a pet fee of $25 per stay ($30 for cabins). Pets are allowed on all sites and in the cabins except for the Dream Lodge, Hodge Podge Lodge, and the Presidential. Please remember to clean up after your pets and keep them leashed at all times. Pets may not be left unattended at your campsite, in your unit, or in the park for any extended period of time.
SPRING & FALL SPECIAL: Camp weekends – leave your RV onsite – Pay ONLY weekend fee for April – May or September – October.
VACATION SPECIALS: Site will be determined by available. Holiday Weekends are excluded. NO OTHER DISCOUNTS APPLY. Advance reservation & deposit are required. 7-night reserved stay may not begin or end on a Saturday.
GROUPS: Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts & Other Youth Groups (per person) – $10.00.
